Energy efficient for all seasons

"How much will it cost to run a hot tub?" Is one of the most frequently asked questions. it is a main reason that beachcomber produced hot tubs with little or no foam insulation in the early 80s. Then during that time we went to the three wall insulation which is the industry standard today.

In the mid 80s during the energy crisis, beachcomber hot tubs saskatoon had a better idea and created a new revolutionary insulation method. We re-engineered the power equipment into an external step providing more room inside for even more insulation allowing us the advantage of 100% insulation on all 4 sides, giving you lower energy costs, and the most efficient hot tub on the market today!

The Enviroment We sealed every nook and cranny with a special formulation of energy saving insulating foam. This exclusive method called 'Protec' combined with our Power Guard heatshield creates a vacuum seal, much like a thermos bottle, that locks in the heat for use in all seasons.

Pictured at right is a hot tub in mid January 2006 at approx. -30 degrees celcius and as you can see none of the snow on the cover is melting meaning the heat is being held inside the tub instead of escaping through a poorly designed cover.
